Attractive red amber colour. Moderate malt body and pleasant mild sweetness. Moderate hop bitterness, mild hop flavour and low hop aroma. A step towards darker beers without the roasted components. All malt; no adjuncts. Very light straw colour and light bodied. Low hop bitterness, no hop flavour or aroma. Crisp finish with lowered caloric value. Moderate to high hop bitterness combines well with a pleasant roast malt character, subtle malt sweetness and slight hop flavour. The addition of two types of oats leads to a creamy, robust mouthfeel and full texture. Original Gravity: 1.0545 – 1.0550 Target Final Gravity: 1.0196-1.0211 Bitterness: 28 IBU’s Yeast Safbrew S-33 SEASONALS ONLYFesta Brew Vienna LagerNamed after the city in which it originated, this traditional Vienna Lager is brewed using Munich, Pilsner, Vienna and Dextrin malts. The colour falls between a pale amber and medium amber, with a reddish hue. Traditional noble hops are subtly used, with the resulting beer having a crisp quality, a toasty flavour and some residual caramel-like sweetness. Original Gravity: 1.046 Target Final Gravity: 1.009 Target Alcohol by Volume: 4.5% Colour: 16 SRM Bitterness: 11.8 IBU’s Festa Brew Czech PilsnerCzech Pilsner is a pale yellow coloured brew with low to medium Saaz aroma hop presence. Slightly sweet with toasted biscuit aromas and flavours. Original Gravity: 1.050 Target Final Gravity: 1.010 Target Alcohol by Volume: 5.0% Colour: 5 SRM Bitterness: 30 IBU’s Festa Brew GoseA clear, light gold pour with white foam. Aroma and taste of cereal grains balanced with light floral hops create a clean profile for the beer. Sea salt and coriander notes balance the light fresh tasting acidity of the beer. The light body and high carbonation adds a layer of refreshing crispness. Original Gravity: 1.045 Target Final Gravity: 1.010 Target Alcohol by Volume: 4.6% Colour: 3.36 SRM Bitterness: 6 IBU’s Festa Brew Peppermint PorterA light drinking, medium bodied dark beer featuring a complex meeting of malt and peppermint. The beers aroma presents a classic porter supplemented by hints of fresh peppermint. Peppermint taste rounds out the rich dark chocolate and light caramel malt profile. Mild English hop presence adds character and balance to the intensity of malt. The beer is finished by decent bitterness and mild carbonation.
